Assistant Housekeeping Manager

Hopewell Hotel (Wanchai) Management Limited

Responsibilities:

  • Support management to achieve targets in guest satisfaction
  • Provide training for all Room Attendants, Floor Cleaners and Housekeepers in order to maintain Hotel Standards
  • Overall responsible for the entire guest floor areas, heart of house cleaning and maintenance
  • Manage the stock level and minibar items
  • Conduct room audit check list to maintain the quality of the guest rooms and public area
  • Co-ordinate with Pest Control on schedule for whole hotel premises
  • Ensure the hotel decorations in good conditions and liaises with Contractor accordingly
  • Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisors

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of working experience in hotel industry and with 3-5 years in supervisory level or similar capacity
  • Computer literate
  • Good communication skill and interpersonal skill
