Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily reservations received by phone, fax, email and online channels;
  • Answer all incoming enquiries promptly and professionally according to hotel standard;
  • Update and keep proper records of all reservation correspondence.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines;
  • 1 years or above relevant experience in hotel industry is preferred;
  • Pleasant, energetic with positive service attitude and excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Good communication skills in both English and Chinese including Putonghua;
  • Fresh graduates & IANG are also welcome.
