Job Responsibilities:

  • Employ a proactive approach to maximize available space and optimize forward-selling efforts to achieve business objectives
  • Engage in regular sales activities targeting esteemed business associations, chambers of commerce and both existing and prospective clients
  • Foster and maintain robust, professional relationships with current clients while actively identifying and capitalizing on new potential business opportunities
  • Ensure the accuracy of orders and provide comprehensive information to the Banquet Service, Culinary and Sales & Marketing department, thereby facilitating seamless operations and maintaining a high level of efficiency

Job Requirements:

  • Degree Holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
  • 2 years’ relevant experience or above in hotel industry
  • Revenue driven mindset and attention to detail with strong client database
  • Fluency in spoken English and Mandarin is a must
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Events Account Manager
