Administrative Assistant & Business Support - Front Office

Hopewell Hotel (Wanchai) Management Limited

Responsibilities:

  • Perform all duties with secretarial nature, which includes taking dictation, transcribing, typing, filing, making telephone contacts and appointments with suppliers
  • Handle telephone calls and refer calls as appropriate
  • Receive and open incoming mails and documents, except personal mailing
  • Follow up with Front Office Department to collate and compile information necessary for various reports and to ensure punctual submission of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports accordingly
  • Attend meetings and take minutes, handle all incoming and outgoing correspondences, internal memos and reports
  • Order office supplies and act as custodian of supplies
  • Greet suppliers, contractors, employees and the general public who come to the office and responding to inquiries
  • Communicate with all Rooms Division departments
  • Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the superiors

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Higher Diploma/Associate Degree graduate, preferably in hospitality management
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Fluent spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese, knowledge in other languages are an advantage
