Human Resources Officer

Hopewell Hotel (Wanchai) Management Limited

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits and Performance Management
  • Support the team in planning, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate employee activities and assist in handling employee recognition programs
  • Prepare HR reports for Management’s review
  • Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the superiors

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Hotel Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, preferably in hospitality Industry
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations
  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Less experienced candidate will be considered as Human Resources Assistant/Assistant Human Resources Officer
