Administration Manager – Asset Management

Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on system administration and immediate operations support & maintenance for the leasing system
  • Responsible for accurate & efficient data entry and record generation
  • Co-ordinate and follow-up tenancy agreement with leasing department and Solicitors
  • Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and presentation materials;
  • Responsible for analyzing, compiling, and preparing management reports;
  • Handle leasing inquiries from tenants and property agencies
  • Assist for staff expenses reimbursement
  • Provide general administrative support to team and ad-hoc duties as required

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance / Accounting or related disciplines or equivalent
  • 5-8 years’ relevant working experience
  • Solid skills on PC applications (e.g. MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc.), and search engines are definite advantage
  • Strong attention to details and ability to be multi-tasking
  • Mature, good interpersonal skills, well-organized and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
  • Independent, Organize, Mature with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
  • Immediate availability is preferred
