Senior Call Centre Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Provide courteous service and respond promptly to guests’ requests and inquiries
  • Receive all in-house and outside telephone calls and emails, process requests professionally and correctly, which includes taking room service orders, receiving and processing all requests for additional items, directions, correcting any issues and, if necessary, forwarding calls on to appropriate areas
  • Account for tracking all guest requests and issues
  • Familiarize with the handling of equipment in Call Centre
  • Familiar and ensure all Call Centre employees are trained and follow appropriate emergency procedures
  • Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the superiors

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Higher Diploma/Associate Degree graduate, preferably in hospitality management
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in Call Centre Department of sizable hotels or related working experiences in customer service
  • Excellent command in English, Cantonese, Putonghua and any other languages would be an asset
