Responsibilities:

Responsible for administrative support of daily sales, including:

  • Prepare insurance proposals, quotations and comparisons according to sales team's instruction
  • Prepare & handle client application documents.
  • Provide after-sales services to clients, including renewal & claim inquiries
  • Update clients' database, system and documents, responsible for client file maintenance and filing
  • Issue invoice & help to collect premium if applicable.
  • Communicate and coordinate with both internal and external parties and handle enquiries from customers, insurance companies and brokerage partners
  • Stay up to date with new products and features, Maintain sales materials and document library.
  • Assist the administrative work like scanning, printing, and mailing.
  • Assist Manager/ colleagues with ad-hoc tasks as assigned
