Responsibilities

  • Direct and coordinate the office administration according to the Area Director Engineering / Assistant Director of Engineering’s instructions, hotel policies and procedures
  • Provide secretarial support to Area Director Engineering / Assistant Director of Engineering such as arrange daily schedule, meeting agenda, and travel arrangements, as well as take meeting minutes etc.
  • Provide support for conducting ISO internal / external audit and follow up other related works
  • Keep and organize the filing system of 3 hotels in server 
  • Draft the regular administrative reports and prepare statistics for submission to the related parties and other departments
  • Perform ad hoc assignments issued by Area Director Engineering / Assistant Director of Engineering.

Requirements

  • Tertiary education
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative work experience, preferably in Hospitality industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Good written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive, presentable, organized, and detail-minded
