Job Responsibilities:

  • Support Hong Kong, Macau and Singapore’s accounts payable function and maintain up-to-date records of all financial transactions
  • Perform general accounting duties including payment requisition and account reconciliation
  • Liaise with internal departments and external parties on daily operation
  • Process timely and accurate payments to vendors and internal parties
  • Report any irregularities or exceptions to the supervisor during the matching process
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments as required 

 

Requirements:

  • Tertiary educated with LCCI intermediate or higher level
  • At least 1-year experience in accounting, prior exposure in the retail industry is preferred
  • Self-motivated, mature, and good team player
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to details
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VlookUp, Pivot Table), SAP, or similar Accounting system
