RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist to take orders for food & beverage.        
  • Familiar with restaurant’s promotions, menu and their pricing and activities related to the restaurant and hotel.
  • Ensure the entire buffet display is pleasant, clean and in an orderly fashion.
  • Conduct regular check on buffet table to ensure food quality and quantity are up to standard.
  • Ensure the food items on the buffet table are fresh with regular replenishment.
  • Able to multitask and work even under pressure.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Secondary school certificate.
  • Catering school certificate is an advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage or in hotel indusrty is an adventage.
  • Good command speak and written English, Cantonese and Madarin.
