Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Description:

  • Assist the Executive Housekeeper or Assistant Housekeeper in daily housekeeping issues
  • Supervise the implementation of all housekeeping area related standards and procedures
  • Ensure the hotel room and public area in good condition according to the hotel standard
  • Respond customer requirement, complaint and inquiry timely
  • Verify and update rooms status, ensure the room clean for selling the room by front office department suitable

Requirement:

  • Diploma in hospitality management

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Housekeeping Department 

  • Sound operational and supervisory knowledge and experience

  • Mature and strong leadership with good problem solving skills

  • Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Shift duties required
