Restaurant Supervisor – SAVVY

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the manager in directing and supervising waiter/waitress, bar waiter/waitress, hostess and assume the responsibilities and duties in the absence of a manager.
  • Ensure that the restaurant is in proper order before opening the restaurant. While closing the restaurant, all closing procedures must be completed and double-checked.
  • Prepare cashier duties such as calculating the tips, credit cards, cash, and all charges throughout the day.
  • Familiar with restaurant’s promotions, menu and their pricing and activities related to the restaurant and hotel.
  • Aware and comply with the hotel policies and standards.
  • Establish customer loyalty by maintaining good customer relations with guest and ensuring that guest satisfaction is met and up to standard.
  • Able to multitask and work even under pressure.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Secondary school certificate
  • Catering school certificate is an advantage.
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ relevant experience in Food & Beverage or in hotel indusrty will be an adventage.
  • Good command of speak and written English, Cantonese and Madarin.
