Duty Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Report to Front Office Manager and supervise Guest Relations Team to provide guests with prompt service, professional attention and personal recognition
  • Act as shift in-charge to handle all guests’ complaints and enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily
  • Ensure the guest check-in / check-out, and Front Desk Operations are handled efficiently with providing the best of care and services to hotel guests
  • Maintain Front Desk Operations Standard and ensure all procedures are completed in accordance with brand standard

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of Front Office working experience in well-established hotels with 2 years in Duty Manager Position or similar role
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Able to interact well with all levels with good guest contact skills
  • Knowledge in Forbes standard will be an advantage
