Food & Beverage Hygiene Manager

Hopewell Hotel (Wanchai) Management Limited

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily walk through to set standards of hygiene in food production areas and all F&B operating areas
  • Inspect all food handling areas regularly and ensure all areas are in good condition
  • Familiarize and abide by the requirements of ISO14001 and the hotel's environment management system (EMS), Including Occupational Health Safety and Assessment Series (OHSAS)
  • Arrange HACCP trainings for designated staff and maintain proper record
  • Responsible for maintaining proper records related to the Hotel's sanitation and hygiene programs
  • Liaise with Food & Beverage team on the hygiene practice and proper food handling procedures
  • Apply for F&B business licenses and follow up with MSA accordingly
  • Monitor daily F&B HACCP logbooks of all related outlets and kitchens
  • Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Food Hygiene / Food Science / Nutrition or related disciplines
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in hotels or sizeable catering operations
  • Holder of Food Safety & Hygiene certificate
  • Solid hygiene knowledge in HACCP
  • Good command of English and Cantonese
  • Good team player and able to work under pressure
