Responsibilities:

  • Execute the hotel procurement policies and procedures, follow the working procedures of the department
  • Source materials, products, service and negotiate the most cost-effective contracts and deals
  • Follow up orders from sampling, product development, vendor evaluation, cost negotiations, ensure on time and quality deliveries
  • Maintain and update supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
  • Complie different frequency of price comparisons for vegetables, fruits, seafood, grocery, fresh pork/beef/poultry for market price comparison
  • Provide information of new products and supply samples for user departments upon request
  • Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant procurement experience in hospitality industry
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • A team player with high level of integrity
  • Can-do attitude, proactive and strong interpersonal skills
