Overnight Guest Services Supervisor (5-Day Work Week)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all Front Desk duties
  • Provide efficient and quality guest services to ensure hospitality
  • Response to guest comments and complaints and take necessary action to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction
  • Handle all arrival and departure records, bookings and registration
  • Provide frontline services at reception counter with a ready to serve attitude and smiling face

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in hospitality management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5-6 years experience in Front Office operation, at least 2 year in supervisory level
  • Hands on experience in OPERA PMS system
  • Strong leadership with good problem solving skill
  • Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin, knowledge of other languages would be an advantage
  • Overnight duties required
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Overnight Assistant Guest Services Supervisor
