Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct assoicates to complete the assigned tasks 
• Conducting regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs on kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, grills, refrigerators, dishwashers, and ventilation systems
• Monitor, repair and maintain the respective system of the hotel
• Assist in the Engineering operation, maintenance and repair work

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years or above relevant experience, preferable in the hotel industry
• With relevant certification would be an advantage
