Bartender/Bar Supervisor

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and take their orders
- Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, beer, and wine
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
- Clean and sanitize the bar area, including equipment, glasses, and utensils
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints or issues
- Upsell drinks and food items to customers
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a bartender
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Knowledge of wine and beer selection and service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects
