Courtyard by Marriott Hong Kong, located at 167 Connaught Road West, Hong Kong is hiring a Front Office Supervisor.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist to manage the daily operation of the Front Office Department and maintain the high standard of services
  • Resolve guest complaints and follow up on guest requests promptly according to the established standards
  • Ensure complete guest satisfaction in room assignment 
  • Act as shift-in-charge to handle emergency situations in a professional manner
  • Act as Manager-on-duty during the absence of the management team to ensure smooth and orderly operation of the Hotel
  • Process all guest check-ins, verifying guest identity, form of payment, assigning room, and activating/issuing room key
  • Handle other duty as assigned by management

Requirements include:

  • Proficient in written and spoken English & fluent in Mandarin speaking
  • Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience in Front Office operation
  • Good problem-solving, interpersonal, leadership and coaching skills
  • Able to work under pressure and multi-tasks
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Front Office Supervisor
