Responsibilities:
Maintain a smooth clinical operations including manpower arrangement, admin, and daily operations, e.g. roster scheduling and procurement
Work with cross-functional departments and external parties to ensure duties are delivered on time
Closely work with clinic team regarding customer services issues including enquiries and complaints
Assist and prepare reports
Requirements:
Associate degree or above
1-2 years of experience in clerical support and customer services, medical industry is a plus
In-depth understanding of entire MS Office Suite
Strong sense of discipline, time management and mentality under pressure
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills, independent and self-motivated
Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese, including Mandarin
Immediate available is an advantage
