Captain - Banquet Operations

We are looking for a Captain - Banquet Operations based at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As a Captain, we rely on you to:

• Provide quality service to guests
• Ensure smooth operations of the work section appointed and strive for customer delights
• Ensure that service / items are prepared according to the standards
• Check cleanliness of the section prior to and after service
• Obtain customer feedback during operation to ensure guest satisfaction
• Assist the manager in the day to day operations
   

We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant working experience in a supervisory role in hotel is preferred
• With formal training in Hospitality Management is an advantage
• Excellent guest interaction skills
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills
• Guest oriented and a good team player
• Outgoing and friendly with great attention to detail
