Job Duties:

• Prepare and serve coffee & other beverages professionally, adhering to our brand's quality & presentation standards, and according to customers' preferences
• Prepare and recommend food items to customers that go along well with drinks
• Deliver high quality & hospitable customer service
• Assist in cashier and stocktake duties
• Maintain store & bar cleanliness
• Maintain all safety and hygiene standards and procedures
• Promote the culture, mission and values of Preface Coffee and Wine
• Assist in events when appropriate
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisors or managers

Job Requirement :

• No experience candidate will also be considered
• Experience working in coffee shops or hotels would be an advantage
• Passionate about coffees and tech
• Good communication skills with experience in customer service
• Can keep cool and calm in a fast-paced, energetic work environment
• Good command of spoken English & Cantonese
• A proactive learner and a good team player with can-do attitude
• Strong attention to details
• Hungry to learn new things with a positive, proactive and confident mindset
