Reservations Agent

Responsibilities

• To handle reservations from all sources
• To input and update reservations in the PMS and the Reservation Status Chart
• To answer telephone calls promptly in a courteous manner and in accordance with the established standard
• To handle amendment and cancellation of reservations, and prepare confirmation letters/ slips for reservation requests
• To review reservations due to arrive and checks for duplicates, special requests and any other matters requiring follow up
• To keep records, files and correspondences updated and accurate
• To perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisors

Requirements

• Certificate / Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related discipline
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• With working experience in related field is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
