Registered Nurse (Incident Management)

Job Scope:

• Oversee clinical governance policies, practices, guidelines and standard operating procedures for Quality Healthcare Clinics
• Develop & deliver training and supervise clinical audit programs to provide assurance on Clinical Governance
• Manage clinical incidents and formulate improvement strategies to mitigate clinical risks.

Job Requirements: 

• Registered nurse with minimum 3 years’ clinical experience in hospital or health care sector
• Experience in incident investigation, clinical governance/research setting, quality and safety improvement project is an advantage
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Well-organized, independent, attention to details and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
