Shipping Clerk

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To coordinate and communicate with vendors, agents, consignees and warehouse for logistics & shipping arrangements.
• To prepare purchase orders to vendors.
• To handle import procurement & shipping documents.
• To perform inventory functions such as receiving goods, checking invoice and issuing goods receipt note.
• To perform other ad hoc tasks and activities as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Form 5 or DSE above.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience. Previous shipping & purchasing experience would be an advantage.
• Good communication skills, team player and eager to learn.
• Proficiency in PC operations e.g. MS Office application & Chinese word processing.
• Self-motivated, responsible and can work independently.
