Job Duties
- Conduct daily routine inspections of premises including both office cleanliness and MEP equipment
- Monitor and supervise the vendor to perform MEP preventative maintenance, office repair work and builder’s work
- Basic knowledge in plumbing and drainage
- Carry out emergency repair if required (24 hours on call)
- Ensure the safety working environment of the premises
- Escalate for emergency incidents / critical system issue
- Handle basic daily ah-hoc repairs work and various requests from the end-users
- Room & venue set up for events and catering
- Co-ordinate and oversee minor re-stack and desk moves
- Follow up any BMO maintenance / inspection within office
- Liaise with contractors for related repair / maintenance work asrequired
- Regular stock takes for site inventory
- Carry out and complete ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by team leaders
- Co-ordinate with the Facilities team and ensure organizational processes and procedures are followed
Requirements
- Diploma or Higher Certificate holder in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years' working experience in building maintenance
- Holder of Registration Certificate of Electrical Worker (Grade A) and Safety Card
- Good knowledge in MEP system. Familiar with plumbing and drainage system is an advantage
- Good knowledge in facility and maintenance work is a pre-requisite
- Self-motivated and has ability to work independently
- A team player with effective communication skill with all levels of staff and management
- Good command of English and fluency in Cantonese
Working hours
0800-1800, 5-day work and on shift for the actual working days in between Monday to Saturday.
