Senior Technical Officer / Technical Officer

The successful candidate will assist the execution and management of routine maintenance and repair. S/he will be responsible for tendering process, feasibility studies, specification & reports preparation, site progress monitoring, supervision of contractors and liaison with end users.

Requirements 

• Degree / Higher Diploma holder in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in property management and building maintenance field
• Experience in preparation of tender specification, supervision of technical staff and monitoring of routine building maintenance work
• Well versed with E&M regulation and quality control processes
• Self-motivated, able to prioritize assignments, and can work independently under intense pressure
• Good command in written/spoken English and Chinese, particularly in report writing
