Job Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains maintenance planning strategies, and annual work schedule, coordinate and monitor the maintenance of all plant equipment. Organized and efficient to detail maintenance activities across the schedule
- Prepare, review, and process a wide variety of documents, such as permits, requisitions, contracts, quotations, invoices, reports, training records, overtime and correspondence; monitor and maintain records, files, and databases; develop queries, run ad hoc reports, and extract administrative, purchasing, and data of technical team.
- Prepare summaries, forms, tracking systems, and spreadsheets; consistently monitor program area activities and expenditures, and alert management regarding issues, needs, or problems.
- Coordinate training for assigned program area; maintain a calendar of training activities; ensure all the mobile technicians are trained in a timely manner; ensure mandatory training are being completed by the technicians accordingly.
- Prepare and review service request or contracts; ensure proper documentation is included; ensure vendor invoices comply with contract terms; resolve purchasing/claim issues with internal staff, clients, or vendors.
- Assist Technical Manager in maintaining internal program/data including equipment inventory & update as and when needed.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Information Technology or Engineering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate are desirable.
- 3 years working experience and technical background are desirable. Fresh Graduate is also welcome.
- Knowledge and experience in handling workplace management system i.e. Tririga, etc are desirable.
- Able to work in a fast-moving environment, manage multiple stakeholders and be a self-motivated team player
- Ability to write technical reports or manuals.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
