Looking for an energetic individual who is passionate about the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily Front Desk operation including check-in/out services
- Ensure that all tasks from the Guest Experience checklist are completed on a daily basis. Send relevant information and reports (such as VIP) to the relevant department
- To manage the flow of incoming calls and emails when required
- To meet and greet arriving and departing guests in a friendly and courteous manner assisting with rooming
Requirements:
- 1 year's related hotel experience and preferable in Front Office
- Knowledge of Opera System is preferred
- Guest service oriented and good communication skills
- Excellent command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin with strong interpersonal skills
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
