Assistant Bar Manager

Job Descriptions:

• Supervise and monitor the day to day operations of the Bar for service according to restaurant standards
• Manage bar operations to prepare high standard drinks to customers
• Lead and manage staff to provide good customer service
• Bring in fresh and trendy ideas to existing beverage offerings with new cocktails list and promotions
• Control usage of all operating equipment and inventory
• Plan and schedule the manpower

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experiences with at least 2 years in supervisory level
• Team player, strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, responsible and well organized
