YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Provide sense of welcome in professional manner upon guest arrival
• Take ownership and show efforts in optimizing outlet capacity
• Maintain good communication among team to achieve high level of service
• Assist restaurant manager in optimizing outlet business volume and capacity. 
• Ability to fully utilize the hotel’s reservation system ringing up sales
• Maintain and renew guest profile in regular basis. 
• Always handle guest responses and reservations in professional manner; like guest name, time, date, number of guests, contact information and special requirement etc need to be recorded precisely
• Follow up on particular guest request / order with concern parties such as dietary allergy or arrangement for special occasion etc.  
• Reconfirm all guest reservation in advance to optimize operation. 

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Significant experience of hostess
• Dynamism and good interpersonal skills
• Good English and Chinese
• Excellent communication skills
• Good knowledge in computer skills
