Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising the team and managing day-to-day operation of production lines to meet production schedules and targets
• Reporting to Senior Supervisor to ensure the departmental goals are aligned and achievable
• Managing levels of inventories and ensuring a smooth supply chain from upstream to downstream
• Working out necessary plan with other departments to maximize production efficiency
• Maintaining hygiene standards, and ensure smooth workflow at all times
• Providing training and technical support to team members
• Liaising with internal and external partners to ensure customers’ satisfaction
• Assisting in preparing management reports and maintain an efficient filing system

Qualifications and Experience

• F5 or above with minimum 4 years' related working experience
• Diploma holder with less working experience will also be considered
• Good supervisory skill preferably in labour intensive environment
• Proficiency in PC applications such as MS Word and Excel
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
• Shift duties is required
