Assistant Loading Services Manager

The incumbent will contribute in our professional Operations Services Department to oversee the entire operations of OBS section and to ensure that all the activities are carried out properly and smoothly. He/She will act as the key interface to make the best use of the existing resources to achieve customer satisfaction without undermining staff interests and the team spirit.

What you need to do?

• Maintains a high standard of loading & unloading procedures and ensures an on-time performance of all flights
• Ensures efficient aircraft handling and smoothen daily operations
• Monitor and enhances subordinates’ working performance
• Ensures the Company ’s regulations are followed strictly
• Reviews the existing procedures/resources and plans for a better development
• Maintain s a harmonic working atmosphere and executes fair-minded measures at all times
• Maintains a good relationship with the customers and provides satisfactory services to minimize complaints
• Performs ad hoc duties as directed by Loading Services Manager

We are interested in speaking with individuals if you are:

• Tertiary Education in Operations Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a supervisory level
• Holder of a valid driving license (No. 1 and 2) is an advantage
• Good communication skills, leadership and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently under pressure and follow tight schedules
• Proficient in PC applications, including MS Word, Power Point and Excel
• Good command of English and Chinese, both written and spoken
• Shift duty is required
• Immediate available is an advantage
