Client Advisor

As a Client Advisor, you will be an ambassador of Burberry. You will demonstrate an excellent and a unique service for all of our Clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• As an ambassador of Burberry and maintain store presentation standards
• Demonstrate a strong sense of clienteling and build the relationship with new and existing Clients
• Drive and achieve individual and team goals and be accountable for sales results
• Be a good team-player, contribute to a positive atmosphere that is fun, professional, productive and team oriented.

PROFILE:

• Minimum 1 year experience in luxury retail and passionate in fashion retail
• Strong clienteling and customer service skills
• Sales driven and goals oriented
• Good team player with positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
