Job Summary

• Deliver company-wide HR initiatives to reinforce the culture, sense of belongings and engagement among colleagues
• Strive for excellence in delivering impactful engagement programmes
• Develop and implement employee relations programs and wellbeing activities to enhance employee motivation and engagement

Job Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Hospitality Management or equivalent
• 6 years in employee engagement, wellbeing programs implementation role, preferably in international hotel
• Excellent communication skills, able to interact with individuals at all levels
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated and committed to excellence
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
