Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical and administrative support to HR Department
- Support and execute onboarding and offboarding procedure
- Assisted in recruitment including job postings and arrange interviews.
- Maintain proper employee records and P-file in HR Information System.
- Handle employee's daily attendance record.
- Carry out any ad-hoc projects/duties as required.
Requirements:
- Form 5 or DSE graduated or above
- At least 2 years relevant working experience, preferably in Compensation & Benefit
- Proficient in PC Operations including MS Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
- Able to work under pressure to meet tight schedule and multi-tasks
- Candidate with less experience will also be considered as HR Clerk.
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
