Night Manager

Responsibilities:

• Handle all guests complaints and enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily
• Ensures the Night Audit process is carried out successfully
• Prepare daily and monthly reports, identify any special requests, and check reports for accuracy

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in well-established hotels 
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Able to interact well with all levels, good guest contact skills
• Night duty is required
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Night Manager
