Assistant Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationship with the corporate and group clients by sales calls/visits and organizing regular corporate events
- Conduct sales visit and entertainment with corporate clients jointly with Director of Sales and sales team for those with potential
- Conduct sales visit to major companies in his/her designated area according to the guidelines
- Come up with new ideas on products and marketing of product such as: room packages, special offers and assist Director of Sales in launching promotions periodically
- Monitor competitors offers and markets intelligence to share with sales team and to advise strategies regularly
- Build rapport with guest in order to obtain guest comments and ensure the delivery of product adhere to guest needs
- Prepare departmental performance reports for regular sales meeting
Requirements:
- Post-graduate diploma in Hotel, Tourism or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in hotel sales
- Result oriented and self-motivated
- Good problem solving, administrative and analytical skills are a must
- Proficiency in both written & spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
