What you need to do:

  • Oversee the kitchen operation with procedures & regulations
  • Ensure the high standards of food production and preparation to meet the expectation of Customers
  • Maintain good inventory control, purchasing and food cost control
  • Any kitchen duties assigned by Executive Chef

Who are we looking for?

  • Minimum 6 years of experience with 3 years in supervisory level in hotel industry
  • Can lead the team in a positive & professional manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good command in English and Cantonese
  • You will have an advantage of you are/ have:
    • Highly motivated & Excellent problem solving skills
    • Holder of Hygiene Manager / Supervisor or related certificate
