JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Handling the guests' request for wake up call, requests and questions
Taking guests' message and transferring lines
Answering the calls in courtesy and professional manner
Be pleasant, passionate, and service-oriented
JOB REQUIREMENTS
High School or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent
1- 2 years relevant experience in hotel industry
Willing to work on shift
Strong communications and interpersonal skills
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Less experience will be considered as Guest Services Centre Agent
