Senior / Guest Service Centre Agent (Telephone Service)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible all incoming calls
• Answering guests' enquiry and complaints
• Handling wake up calls
• Perform other duties as assigned by director Supervisor / Department Head

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Holding certificate in hospitality / hotel management or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in similar role
• Excellent command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Willing to work on shifts
• Fresh graduate also are welcomed
