Marketing Officer / Manager (F &B)

Responsibility:

• Responsible for processing POS system and food delivery platform data update
• Monitor business performance, develop and implement different marketing strategies and activities, including branding, promotional activities
• Prepare various online and offline marketing materials, assist in product photography, menu design, etc.
• Conduct market analysis to understand business trends, pricing, concepts and customer needs
• Work closely with internal and external parties on marketing activities
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback and complaints

Requirements:

• At least 3 years relevant work experience
• Have F&B or hotel experience
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline preferred
• Able to work independently, good organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office/Powerpoint applications and word processing
• Good analytical, communication and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently and independently
