Guest Floor Manager 樓層經理

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for the cleanliness & maintenance of all guest areas to ensure a clean environment 
• Ensure the guest services and cleanliness of guestrooms are up to the hotel’s standard
• Supervise and coach team of Room Attendants on daily duties to ensure smooth operation

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of Housekeeping experience with at least 1 year in a similar position (experience in a 5-star hotel / international hotel chain is preferred)
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and a basic level of English
• Formal vocational training in hotel operations is a plus
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Floor Supervisor

• 負責樓層的清潔，確保酒店擁有整潔的環境
• 確保顧客服務質素及客房整潔程度符合酒店標準
• 監督及指導房務員團隊的日常工作以確保部門運作暢順

入職要求:

• 擁有不少於三年房務工作經驗，其中至少一年為督導職級 (擁有五星級酒店/國際品牌酒店經驗者會優先考慮)
• 操良好廣東話、基本普通話及英語
• 曾接受正式職業培訓可獲優先考慮
• 經驗較少者可考慮為樓層督導
