Assistant Sales Manager - MICE

The Murray, Hong Kong, a Niccolo Hotel is looking for an Assistant Sales Manager - MICE to assist the Director of Business Development - MICE for soliciting more Meetings, Incentive, Convention and Exhibition business. This is an exciting role that is an active sales role and will develop further selling both room sales and events function room focusing on the group segments. Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement all sales strategies to respective market segment and drives cross-selling target for all hotel properties as a part of COE Sales functions
• Identify potential accounts with aim to achieve the budgeted revenues through added business volume
• Closely monitor account revenue and business production for responsible MICE accounts
• Conduct all the sales related activities and maintains excellent relationship with existing accounts and solicits new business
• Reviews direct competition offers/strategies and ensures complete awareness of competitors’ activities at all times

Job Requirements:

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Hospitality Management or related discipline 
• Minimum 2 years related in MICE sales experience
• Excellent command in both written & spoken English & Chinese
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive, goal-driven and able to realize sales opportunities
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Account Manager - MICE
