Administrative and Operation Officer/ Admin Clerk

 Responsibilities:  
  • Responsible for clerical duties like data entry and record-keeping 
  • Warehouse in and out delivery records,updates and follow up
  • Assist in data updates and using excel for data organization in e commerce platform and POS system
  • Assisting the company's online store, including product listings and inventory management updates
  • Handle all internal claims and invoices in the correct process, ensuring necessary supporting materials and concurrence  
  • Provide clerical and administrative support for the daily operation of the company 
  • Handle ad hoc duties and assignments as required 
 Requirements:  
  • Associate degree or above
  • At least 2-year working experience is preferred 
  • Responsible, self-motivated, well-organized & able to work under tight schedules 
  • Proficient in Excel, especially VLOOK UP  and formula
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin 
  • Immediate available is preferred 
  • Multi task and work flexiblly
  • double pay and year end bonus
Monday to Friday 9:30-18:30 (flexible working hours after the trial period)
Location: Prince Edward
