Job Requirements:

• Experience in Food and Beverage Operations in an establishment with service standard pitched at deluxe level
• Higher Diploma in related discipline
• Good command in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide courteous, professional and efficient Food & Beverage service at all times
• Ensure the preparation and quality of food, beverage and service provided in the Club Lounge are consistently maintained
• Attend to guest complaints, inquires and requests
