- Outstanding interpersonal skills – you’ll have a natural ability to connect with Members from all walks of life
- A strong command of English
What you will do:
- Act as a Carlyle & Co. ambassador – you’re the frontline, friendly face our Members will look forward to seeing on each visit!
- Assist with guest registration, checking Members into and out of the Club and ensuring the Carlyle & Co. level of excellence is maintained throughout their visit
- Forge genuine relationships with our Members and guests, sharing your passions and stories with them
- Primarily, take responsibility for overseeing the collection of all membership fees – registration (or joining) fees, and renewal fees - through a combination of telephone, e-mail and written communications
- Ensure all Carlyle & Co. members receive the correct email responses and communications throughout their application journey, and membership materials are created and distributed efficiently
- Collaborate daily across teams, always looking for new ways to improve our Member experience and our own team environment – we welcome your opinions!
