Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

The Hong Kong Golf Club

Responsibilities:

  • Room and Golf reservations
  • Handle all reservations and inquiries properly
  • Welcome arriving guests
  • Safe handling of cash
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support as required

Working Hours and Preference:

  • 5.5 working days per week, 8 hours per day
  • Reception operating hours from 06:00 to 18:30, Monday to Sunday
  • Mainly 06:00 shift
  • Reside in New Territories is a must
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred

Requirements:

  • F.7 or above
  • Experience in respective field, hospitality is preferred
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge written & spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Pleasant, cheerful & independent
  • Proficiency in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint and English & Chinese Word Processing

  • Monthly salary:  HK$19,000 or above
