About the role:

As the Member Services Team Leader, you will create exceptional member experience together with our Membership Services Manager, and build an engagement Member Services team which adding a warm, gregarious persona to the club.
What you will do:
- Maintain a sense of organization and ability to prioritize in a busy environment
- Outstanding communication skills – you’ll have a natural ability to connect with Members to share your passions, interests, stories and opinions
- Tip-top leadership skills to develop and coach an eclectic and diverse team
- Positive attitude with a strong enthusiasm about hospitality
- A strong command of English
What you will do:
- Forge genuine relationships with our Members and guests, setting a positive service example for your team
- Anticipate Member queries before they arise, and identify and rectify Member issues with discretion, confidence and immeasurable charm
- Conduct departmental briefings and meetings to maintain seamless communication with the team
- Manage staffing levels to meet operational needs
- Represent the Member Services team in the absence of the Membership Services Assistant Manager
